Satellite Red
by Elizabeth Atchoi
We saw you scream
We saw you run
We say you hide from the white sizzling gun
Covered in dirt
Buried alive
They try to erase all signs of life
All traces of you gone
But for the spreading read
Under the dome
We saw you fight
We saw you cry
We say you sing from day to night
Till we saw you no more
But for the spreading red under the dome
We dropped tears as they dropped bo,bs
For the heart of humanity appears to be gone
Only sattelites now came to see
Capturing the red
Flowing from all the rivers
To all our seas
